Our Story

We met while attending high school in 1987. 2 years later, while attending a youth camp as leaders we decided to begin dating.  Our love grew through the following years as we set out to complete our college degrees.  On Christmas 1993 Paul asked Debbie to honor him by being his bride.  After being married on March 18, 1995, we began working towards our goals to work with students.  Serving church youth ministries were a big part of our lives.  We enjoyed so much investing in the lives of children and teens, yet nothing would compare to the pride and joy we felt when our child was born. Hunter Ashton was born on November 08, 2000 at Fair Oaks hospital in Fairfax, VA.  A year later, we followed a desire to move back to our home city of Warner Robins, GA.  The new home would allow for Hunter to grow up knowing his grandparents as well as his aunts and uncles. Paul & Debbie continue to work with students to this day. We served a church for 3 and a half years but lately have switched to working with foreign exchange students.  We have hosted 13 students in our home over the last years.  Paul works for the exchange student group and places students in our area.  We love to build relationships and influence students from all around the world. We have made so many great memories and are always embarking on new adventures. Our newest adventure is a move to Columbus, Ohio.  We love the area and all that it offers.  We receive many requests for family updates, so we decided to create this website. We hope you will enjoy exploring our site and come back again.
